US Tow Dispatch
Built by operators, for operators

What your tow software can’t do

Every system has a dispatch board, a map and an invoice. Operators switch for what nobody else has: an integrated app that sends you new business, your own industry-owned motor club, an AI dispatcher wired natively into your board, pricing that runs itself, tier pricing your accounts agree to, live weather warnings on the map, and reviews and driver tips that come in on their own. Owned and built by the towing industry.

The demo needs no signup and saves nothing.

Why operators switch

10 things your tow software doesn’t do

Features get copied. These took a working towing company, a partner network and an alliance of operators to build.

The moat

Integrated with the app that brings you business

US Tow Dispatch is built into the CONVINI ROADSIDE app and the RoadsideMC motor club. Drivers and motorists who need a tow request it in the app, and the job lands on your board already accepted, with status flowing back to them automatically. Other dispatch software only keeps track of the work you already have. This software sends you new work.

  1. RoadsideMC: an industry-owned motor club

A motor club owned by the towing industry, not by an insurer or a call center. Memberships are sold and controlled by the towing owner in your own territories, so the members you sign are your customers, and their calls come to your board, not to whoever bids lowest.

  2. AI dispatcher, natively integrated

US Tow AI-Connect answers your phones around the clock and talks straight to your dispatch system, not through a bolted-on connector. It puts the call on the board, looks up a caller’s job status and cancels before dispatch while the caller is still on the line, so the lag between the AI and your board is close to zero.

  3. Dynamic pricing that runs itself

Set your weather, traffic, truck-availability, demand, after-hours, holiday and fuel rules once. The engine switches them on when conditions arrive, switches them off when they pass, stacks multipliers up to the cap you set, and tells you every time it acts.

  4. Tier pricing your accounts agree to

Offer a storm or event tier to your accounts before it hits: the multiplier, the window and the trucks you commit. Each account accepts or declines on its own, every answer is on the record, and the board holds every job to what was agreed.

  5. Live weather and warnings on the dispatch map

Weather radar, active National Weather Service warnings coloured by severity, cloud cover and live traffic, drawn on the same map you dispatch from. When a warning reaches your area, your weather pricing can switch on with it.

  6. Highway calls, found

Send the caller an emergency locator link and one tap puts their exact spot on your map. No phone handy? Locate them by highway mile marker. The truck drives to the car, not to a guess at the nearest address.

  7. Custom-trained AI built inside

Not a chatbot bolted on. Dispatch Genie answers out loud from your own jobs, invoices, accounts and drivers, with links straight to the record. The system also ranks driver-and-truck options with a predicted ETA and flags risky jobs for a second look.

  8. Own your reputation

Every eligible job asks for a review automatically. The reviews you earn are pushed daily to your website, your US Tow Alliance profile page and your social pages, so AI search tools find your company and its reviews. Each review is credited to the driver who earned it.

  9. Driver tips on every job, automatically

The same automation asks every customer for a tip for the driver. That adds $3,000 to $8,000 a year to a driver’s income without anyone in the office lifting a finger, and it gives your best drivers a reason to stay.

Underneath all of it · US Tow Alliance

Industry owned. Industry built.

US Tow Dispatch was built inside a working towing company. Real calls, real drivers and a real office shaped every screen, and the requests still come from the people running the trucks.

It is the operating system for US Tow Alliance members, owned by the operators who use it. Membership brings pricing benefits built for members.

What gets built next is decided by the yard, so the software keeps moving the way towing companies need it to.

White label · CONVINI ROADSIDE app

Your name on the app. Your trucks first in line.

Towing company owners can run the CONVINI ROADSIDE app under their own brand: your logo, your app, your customers. A branded app of your own, not a referral link.

  • Your brand throughout

Your business name and logo on the customer app, with a discreet “Powered by CONVINI, Inc.” credit. Your customers open an app that says your name.

  • You are first in line on your customers

Every request from a customer who joined through your app is offered to your trucks first, every time. Pass on it and it rolls to the next tow company, so your customer is never left waiting.

  • Memberships as recurring income

Sell roadside memberships to the drivers you already serve and earn a residual on every member for as long as they stay. Resell RoadsideMC packages locally for a second residual.

  • You sell it. They run it.

CONVINI runs the command center, the provider network, payments and support. When a member holds SOS at 2 a.m., it reaches their dispatch team, not your after-hours phone.

  • Relaunched to your old customers

CONVINI reintroduces your app to your past customers as a drip campaign under your brand, and the same sequence asks happy customers for a fresh Google review.

  • Runs straight onto your board

The tows your app brings in land on your US Tow Dispatch board, ready to dispatch, invoice and pay out like every other job.

The problem

Most tow software records the call

It keeps a list of what happened. It doesn’t run the business, and the margin leaks out in the gaps between the phone, the truck and the office.

  • The board, the map and the billing live in different places

A dispatcher retypes the same call three times, and the invoice never quite matches what the driver actually did.

  • Highway calls have no street address

A breakdown at a mile marker forces a guess at the nearest known address, and the truck goes looking.

  • Rates stay flat when the cost to serve does not

A snowstorm, a traffic jam, a short-handed night and a fuel spike all bill like a quiet Tuesday afternoon.

  • Evidence and payroll happen on paper

Photos stay on the driver’s phone, and commissions get rebuilt in a spreadsheet at the end of every pay period.

The foundation

Built on one record and one map

  • The invoicing workflow, call to cash

The call, the driver’s photos and notes, both mileage legs, the invoice, the statement and the commission are all one job, not five copies of it. The invoice writes itself from the work.

  • The map is the workstation

Assign, change status and open job and driver details from one live dispatch map, without leaving it.

Dispatch & map workstation

See every call and every truck, and act on them from the map

A full-screen dispatch map with a Calls and Drivers panel. Pins are coloured by stage, so the board reads at a glance.

  • Dispatch from the map

Assign a driver, step a call through its stages, and open the job or the driver’s details from the map’s side panel.

  • A promised ETA on every call

Pick 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes when you accept. A live countdown runs on the job, the board and the map, turns red in the last 15 minutes and keeps counting if it runs over.

  • Live truck positions

Drivers ping every 15 seconds while working a call. Arriving within 500 feet of the pickup or the drop-off moves the job to On scene or Destination arrival on its own.

  • Highway calls, located

Type “I-71 NB MM 112” or an exit number, drop a pin, or paste coordinates. Interstate mile markers and exit numbers are drawn on the map nationwide.

  • Weather and traffic on the map

Weather radar for North America and the world, weather warnings, live traffic and satellite views, all from the same map.

  • Customer locator link

Send a stranded customer a link. They hold one button and their exact location lands on the job and the map.

  • Nothing slips past the desk

Every new job sounds a horn alert. The Active Calls board filters by stage and client, and scheduled jobs and quotes have their own lists.

  • The references partners ask for

PO, claim and reference numbers and a scheduled time are carried on the job, from intake to the invoice.

Driver app

A driver app built for the cab, not the office

Native apps for Android and iPhone, plus a browser version. Drivers sign in with your company code and their PIN.

  • Start-of-shift checks

A pre-trip inspection and fuel entry at the start of the shift, before the first call.

  • Stamped photo evidence

An in-app camera for back-to-back shots. Each photo is stamped with the job number, date, time and GPS, like a paper tow book, and uploads in the background.

  • Signatures and voice notes

Capture the customer’s signature on the job, and record a voice note of up to 90 seconds tied to that call.

  • GOA and job history

Record a gone-on-arrival in the field. Finished jobs stay in a 30-day history so a missed photo or a wrong drop-off can be fixed.

  • Talk to the office

Two-way driver and office chat through the US Tow Slack integration, without leaving the app.

Pricing & quotes

Price every call right, including the hard ones

Rate sheets open on light-duty pricing, with medium and heavy one toggle away, and accounts can carry their own rates.

  • Both mileage legs billed

En-route and in-tow miles are measured from the route and priced from your rate sheet.

  • Dynamic pricing that runs itself

Weather alerts, traffic, truck availability, demand, nights and weekends, holidays and events. Multipliers stack up to a hard cap you set.

  • Off until you switch it on

Every automatic rule stays off until an owner turns it on. When one triggers, owners and managers see an alert in the app.

  • Fuel, handled

A fuel surcharge line built from your policy and the weekly U.S. EIA fuel price, which the system can pull for you.

  • Quotes before jobs

Price a request before it becomes a job. Convert it, decline it with a reason, or let it lapse on its expiry date.

Billing, statements & commissions

The invoice writes itself from the job

When a job is completed, a draft invoice is built from it. Review it, adjust it, preview the PDF, then issue it.

  • Invoices that explain the tow

A one-page PDF with the job, the vehicle, both addresses, the miles, the driver and a remit-to block.

  • Sales tax done right

Tax is figured by the county where the tow starts. Tax-exempt customers keep their exemption number and form on file, flagged for renewal every 90 days.

  • Invoices sent from your own Gmail

Connect your company’s Gmail or Google Workspace address once. Every invoice and statement then goes out from your address in one click, PDF attached, and replies come back to your inbox, not ours.

  • Statements by account

Statements for every account, with each line showing the customer, the vehicle and the VIN. A parent company’s statement rolls up all of its stores.

  • Receivables that keep themselves current

Invoices turn overdue on their own each night, and the A/R workspace shows who owes what.

  • Driver commissions on every invoice

Commission is calculated per call, net of discounts, from the invoice itself.

  • Payroll from the same ledger

Set your pay cadence, run unpaid-only pay periods, print driver statements and keep a payout history.

Partners, motor clubs & the ROADSIDE app

Partner work arrives on your board, ready to run

A live two-way connection to the ROADSIDE roadside management app by Convini, Inc. Tows requested there by stranded drivers, shops and dealerships land directly on your board.

  • Accepted on arrival

ROADSIDE requests arrive with the pickup, destination, vehicle and caller as real records, accepted automatically and queued for your team to assign.

  • Status flows back

En route, on scene and towing go back to the requester automatically, and the invoice total is reported back when you issue it.

  • One tracking link, one thread

The customer and the partner share one live tracking link and one message thread with dispatch, through delivery.

  • Every offer on the record

A log of every partner request, taken or not, with the outcome, the reason, who responded and the ETA given.

  • Your own scorecard

Weekly numbers per motor club from your own data: completed jobs, completion rate, on-time arrival, ETA against actual, and ETA extensions.

  • Accounts the way shops really work

Client types, contacts and a parent company with its stores. Own more than one company? Link them once and switch from the header.

Reports

Know where the day stands, and where the money went

A dashboard with live status counts and 7- or 30-day metrics, and reports you can export to CSV or PDF.

  • Revenue

Every invoice in the period, with billed, tax, paid and balance, past due, average invoice and percent collected, broken out by client type, account and service.

  • Daily ETA report

For each job, the time from ETA set to on scene and to completed, reviewed day by day.

  • Driver commissions

Per-call commissions by date range and driver, with totals, adjustments and mark-as-paid.

  • Reviews credited to drivers

Customer reviews are matched to the driver who ran the call and show up beside their commissions.

AI & automation

Software that does the watching for you

Automation that suggests and flags. Your dispatchers and your office still make the call.

  • Smart dispatch recommendations

For each job, a ranked list of driver-and-truck options with a predicted ETA, plus a report on how often the recommendations were right.

  • Conditions-aware pricing

Weather alerts, traffic, truck availability and the weekly fuel price are checked on a schedule, and your pricing rules are applied when they trigger.

  • Job risk flags

Recently invoiced jobs are scored for risk and flagged for a second look. The flag is advisory and never blocks an invoice.

  • AI phone intake

Calls taken by an AI phone agent create jobs on the board, and every new job alerts the desk.

Trust

Your records, safe and portable

  • Your data is yours

Reports export to CSV and PDF, and invoices and statements download as PDFs. A guided import with a dry run brings in history from a previous system’s export.

  • Walled off at the database

Every company’s records are isolated by the database itself, changes are written to an audit trail, and records are archived rather than destroyed.

  • Cloud, nothing to install

The office runs in the browser and drivers run on their phones. Light and dark themes for the day shift and the night shift.

See it run a call

The live demo runs the real product on sample data. Two guided tours, about two minutes each, with no signup and nothing saved.
