Go to convini.live/claim and enter the code from the letter or text you received, or search for your business by name and ZIP. Prove you run it with a code sent to the business phone.

Finish onboarding and get activated
Complete your details with CONVINI. When your company is activated, your US Tow Dispatch account is created for you, with your business address and phone already filled in. You get a one-time link to choose your password.

Requests from CONVINI land on your dispatch board as real jobs. Assign a truck, and your drivers run the call from the driver app on their phones.

See every call and every truck on one map. Assign a driver, step a call through its stages, and open job and driver details from the side panel.
Driver app
Drivers sign in with your 6-digit company code, see their calls, update status, and capture stamped photos on the job. Status goes back to the requester automatically.
Invoicing
Invoices come from the job itself, with the mileage legs on them. Download invoices and statements as PDFs.
Driver commissions
Commissions are calculated from each job. Run pay periods, print driver statements and keep a payout history.
Partner work on the record
A log of every partner request, taken or not, with the outcome, who responded and the ETA given.
